Anonymous Crime Report
Touro University California (TUC) is deeply committed to the safety and health of our students, employees and visitors.
As per the requirements of the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act which requires the reporting of certain crimes, TUC has created a confidential Incident Report which provides a method for anonymously reporting crimes or threats to personal health and safety. Examples of such "Clery reportable" crimes or threats include robbery, burglary, murder, non-negligent manslaughter, negligent manslaughter, arson, sex offenses, aggravated assault, motor vehicle theft, hate crimes, bullying, domestic violence, dating violence, stalking, rape, and violations of TUC safety and health regulations including Healthy TUC.
Please complete this form for any crime, incident, threat witnessed or if you are a victim of a crime, that occurs on TUC property or any university sponsored event on or off campus. TUC encourages reporting of all incidents, and crimes experienced or witnessed for investigation and appropriate action.
Reporters can remain anonymous if preferred by omitting self-identifying information.
